This is a stunning vintage square vase from the highly collectible Dutch Pottery movement, dating from the 1960s or 1970s. It was produced by the Dutch company VEST Keramiek and features a distinctive, rough glaze texture known as 'Fat Lava.'
VEST Keramiek (or VEST Holland) was a prominent pottery producer based in Gouda, Netherlands, founded in 1940. They were known for producing high-quality, modern stoneware and earthenware, often incorporating the bold, textural 'Fat Lava' glazes that were popular in neighboring West Germany during the period.
This small vase is in excellent condition.
