This vintage VEB Georgenthal vase features a striking geometric design with black lines and bands of green, yellow and pink. The colorful ring pattern gives the brown vase with green interior a playful yet modern look that fits perfectly in a mid-century interior.
Produced in East Germany during the 1960s-1970s, this vase is a wonderful example of GDR ceramic design. It looks beautiful with flowers but is equally decorative as a standalone piece.
The vase is in excellent vintage condition. There is a small unglazed spot on the black glaze, which occurred during production and is not distracting. Please see the last photo.
