Beautiful vintage TonArt Ververs ceramic vase, made in the Westerwald region of Germany during the 1990s. The simple rounded form is finished in an intense cobalt-blue glaze with a softly matte surface, giving the vase a clean and highly modern appearance.
TonArt Ververs was active in the traditional Kannenbäckerland pottery region and was involved in the production of Steuler ceramics from 1994 until 1996. The restrained shape and monochrome finish reflect the minimalist direction of German ceramic design during this later period.
