This unique pear-shaped vase is a beautiful example of vintage pottery, crafted using the "freigedreht" technique, which means "freely thrown" in German. This technique involves shaping the clay by hand on a potter's wheel without using molds or templates, resulting in a distinctive organic form.
The vase features a smooth, glazed finish in a muted green tone. It is incised with a circular pattern that appears to end in a "P."
