Vintage STELVIA Emerald Green Glass with Clear Twist Stem.

This vase/chalice create by WAYNE HUSTED in 1963 when he worked for Stelvia, in the region of Empoli, Italy is a part of their Antiqua range.

Wayne Husted is a well known designer from the Blenko glassworks, USA.
He joined Blenko Glass Company in Milton, West Virginia, as Director of Design in the 1950s, after graduating. During his ten years at Blenko, he created over 60 new designs each year, which resulted in over 600 unique designs, many of which are in museum collections and are in demand by private collectors nationwide.
