Striking vintage Hartwig Heyne Töpferei (Hey) studio pottery floor vase with a tall cylindrical form and a beautiful deep cobalt blue glaze. The surface has subtle tonal variations and a slightly mottled structure, giving the vase a strong handmade character. Its minimalist shape combined with the intense blue color makes it especially attractive in a Mid-Century Modern, brutalist or contemporary interior.
The underside shows the characteristic handmade stoneware base with incised markings. A very decorative and substantial piece of German studio pottery, ideal as a statement floor vase or collectible ceramic object.
