This striking vintage vase is a classic example of West German pottery from the mid-20th century, produced by ES Keramik (J. Emons Söhne). It features a richly textured glaze often referred to as "Fat Lava," characterized by its thick, bubbly, and tactile surface, in shades of earthy brown and lighter, almost dripping, golden-brown accents.
