Impressive XXL vintage floor vase by Carstens Keramik, made in West Germany during the 1960s. The large form 7761-50 has a heavily textured off-white and grey surface, decorated with bold raised orange-red flowers and deep green and blue leaves.
The sculptural floral relief gives the vase a strong Mid-Century Modern character and makes it a real statement piece. The original Carstens label is still present, and the large 50 cm size makes this especially decorative as a floor vase.
