This beautiful vintage AK Kaiser planter from the Jura Series was produced in West Germany during the 1970s. Crafted from fine white biscuit porcelain, it features an impressive three-dimensional relief inspired by fossilized shells and prehistoric geological formations, giving the piece a sculptural and timeless appearance.
Its elongated rectangular shape and detailed textured surface perfectly reflect the elegant Op Art aesthetic for which AK Kaiser became renowned. The organic fossil motifs create a beautiful interplay of light and shadow, making this planter a wonderful decorative object for Mid-Century Modern, Brutalist, Scandinavian and contemporary interiors.
