A beautiful and functional piece of authentic Czech art glass from the 1960s, this striking purple crystal valet or ashtray was produced by the renowned Sklo Union in Czechoslovakia.
The design is attributed to Rudolf Jurnikl and features a heavy, sculptural form with three recessed compartments. Originally intended as a gentleman's valet for coins, cufflinks, and keys, it also works perfectly as an ashtray, jewelry holder, or decorative centerpiece.
The rich amethyst-purple glass catches the light beautifully and creates stunning reflections from every angle.
This valet shows normal signs of age and use, including a few light surface scratches. Overall, it remains in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
