Vintage vase from Ruscha Keramik, one of the most innovative and influential producers of West German pottery. Dating to the 1950-60s, this piece features the iconic and highly tactile "Tibet" decor.
The vase has a beautifully sculptural form that highlights its remarkable two-part glaze. The main body is covered in a matte, mustard-yellow glaze with a rough, cratered texture. This is stunningly contrasted by brown speckles applied over the surface, creating a dynamic visual effect.
