This 1970s white porcelain vase features a stunning geometric relief designed by Martin Freyer. The matte finish gives the piece a very modern, architectural look. It is a high-end example of the Rosenthal Studio Linie.

Martin Freyer (1909–1974) was a successful painter and graphic artist. His work extends from architecture to handcrafts. His most important and bestknown design is probably the VW symbol designed for the Volkswagen factory in Wolfsburg. Freyer worked for Rosenthal from 1964 until 1974.
