This striking vintage vase was produced by Kerafina Porzellanfabrik in West Germany during the 1970s and was designed by Ernst Fenzl. The bold black and white Op Art pattern creates a beautiful optical effect, while the combination of glossy black glaze and matte biscuit porcelain gives the vase a wonderful contrast in texture.
Its slim rectangular shape and graphic design make it a perfect decorative piece for Mid-Century Modern, Space Age and modern interiors. This vase is a great example of the creative and artistic porcelain designs that made German ceramics from the 1970s so popular among collectors today.
