Striking vintage Jopeko Keramik vase, form 908-18, made in West Germany during the 1970s. It features a glossy bright red upper section with a small handle, combined with a heavily textured black Fat Lava glaze around the lower body.
The strong contrast between the smooth red glaze and rough volcanic texture gives this vase a wonderful Brutalist Mid-Century look. A compact but very decorative piece of classic West German pottery, perfect for a shelf or pottery collection.
