A charming vintage NIVEA Creme porcelain lidded box, made in Germany by Hutschenreuther. The box is beautifully decorated with a dense pattern of blue forget-me-not flowers, tiny butterflies and ladybirds, with the iconic white NIVEA Creme logo in the centre. This Hutschenreuther NIVEA design is generally dated to the 1970s.
Originally created as a decorative NIVEA container, today it makes a wonderful trinket, jewellery or vanity box. A lovely crossover collectible for lovers of vintage advertising, NIVEA memorabilia and German porcelain.
