This vintage Fat Lava vase was produced by ES Keramik (Emons & Söhne), West Germany, during the 1970s. The cylindrical form is decorated with a flowing volcanic glaze in shades of brown, beige, and cream, creating the organic textured appearance that made West German pottery so popular among collectors.
Its earthy colors and tactile surface make it a beautiful display piece for Mid-Century Modern, Brutalist, and Studio Pottery interiors. The vase looks equally striking as a standalone object or combined with other Fat Lava ceramics.
Condition
The vase is in very good vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. No cracks, chips, or repairs were found.
